A partnership between one of the world’s most popular mobile video games, PUBG Mobile, and the massive multiplayer online game Warframe was announced bringing content from its spectacular futuristic setting to Erangel.
From today until 19 April 2022, players will be able to earn Warframe themed skins and items by completing special missions and events, with more content to be announced in the near future.
Warframe, developed and published by Digital Extremes, features the Tenno, a ninja-like race of ancient warriors awakened out of cryostasis to defeat four factions of relentless evils sweeping the solar system. As masters of the fabled Warframe armor, only the Tenno are equipped with the power, abilities, and weapons to overcome such towering and intergalactic forces.
Players can familiarise themselves with Tenno’s talents by joining a special preview event from 10 to 23 March 2022 featuring a series of challenges to complete in order to obtain a skin. Players can also look forward to obtaining exclusive skins, as well as an additional event, both of which will be revealed soon as part of the Version 1.9 Update.
PUBG Mobile constantly aims to provide new and immersive ways to keep its players engaged and entertained through groundbreaking partnerships with key entertainment properties of all forms across gaming, cinema, music, and much more. This partnership will not only bring two successful online multiplayer games together for the first time but also incorporate elements of Warframe’s singular design and premise to PUBG Mobile’s ever-iconic battlegrounds.
