In case you are still not aware, the NCR+ bubble area (Metro Manila, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, and Rizal) has been placed under an Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ) effective 0001H of Monday, 29 March 2021 until 2359H of Sunday, 04 April 2021 — which happens to be the Holy Week to members of the Roman Catholic faith.
Our friends from the PCOO (Presidential Communications Operations Office) gave us a copy of the slide deck presented by Presidential Spokesman Harry Roque last night during the nationwide televised announcement of the new quarantine restrictions.
