With a mission “Build Openly with AI,” dynamic software development consulting firm Symph recently hosted a media party and demo day in Bonifacio Global City (BGC) to mark a significant milestone in the company’s journey to reshape the artificial intelligence (AI) landscape and to arm individuals with the transformative potential of this technology.

The company addresses AI job security concerns by demonstrating how AI can improve working conditions and drive innovation. Symph showcased their Manila-based AI team’s achievements during the event, impressing attendees and media with AI apps created during the AI 30×30 campaign.

Edson Carreon introduced Grognak, an AI Caveman app that simplifies complex topics, making learning enjoyable and effortless, especially for children in museums or tech/science events. Ragan Lamoc presented Fitplanr, an AI-powered personal trainer app that creates custom gym programs and seamlessly integrates with fitness amenities, benefiting both seasoned gym-goers and beginners. Jarrhey dela Peña introduced Prompeteer, an AI app by Michael Suarez, allowing businesses to create engaging chatbots without coding experience. Prompeteer helps customers make informed purchase decisions by showcasing a brand’s persona through conversations.

“People are scared to lose their jobs. We have to do something before it’s too late. We can help them start to reskill or simply open their minds on all the potentials.  And that’s the reason why we made a lot of efforts in educating the market on AI. The great possibilities while doing it ethically and responsibly. We have to go fast, otherwise, we might be left behind,” according to Chelle Gray, Director of Business Development & Partnerships at Symph.

Media participants had the chance to experience Prompeteer and create their own AI apps quickly, showcasing its ease of use and the potential for businesses to enhance customer engagement.

Symph thanked the media representatives for their support and contribution to the public understanding of AI’s societal impact. The company remains committed to fostering understanding and empowerment, with events like the #SymphAI30x30 Media Party playing a vital role in achieving these goals.

“We believe that AI has crossed a tipping point in terms of its ability to multiply productivity and creativity in knowledge-based work many many times over. Our mission as a team is to fully take advantage of this tool in order to multiply our impact by 100x,” said Albert Padin, Co-Founder and CTO of Symph at the company’s demo day held in BGC recently.

Symph is eagerly anticipating its upcoming AI events and initiatives. With a strong commitment to #BuildOpenlyWithAI, the company invites everyone to join them in pushing the boundaries of technology and shaping a future where humans are the drivers, not mere subjects, of technology.

“There are only 3 types of people moving forward. Those whose jobs are negatively affected by AI, those who are unaffected by AI, and those who are able to create and gain more value with AI. We choose to be amongst those who adapt and are able to create and gain more value with AI. We cannot continue being a positive impact to our community, if we ourselves are negatively impacted and need help. This is our motivation. To innovate quickly so we can constantly be in a position to drive positive impact to those we serve,” added Padin on how the company addresses the concerns and potential challenges related to the impact of AI on the community.

Symph is leading the charge in the local AI revolution with endless possibilities. Get ready to be inspired and amazed by the company’s innovative AI solutions and unwavering commitment to reshaping the AI landscape.
