The newly launched service offers citizens a variety of payment options, including E-Wallets such as GCash, Maya, GrabPay, and ShopeePay, as well as Credit/Debit Cards (Mastercard, Visa, JCB), Bank Transfers from reputable banks like BDO, BPI, RCBC, Unionbank, Maybank, and Metrobank, and even cash payments via nationwide over-the-counter (OTC) channels like Cebuana Lhuillier, Palawan Express, Bayad Center, 7-11, ECPay, Tambunting Pawnshop, RD Pawnshop, DA5, Posible, USSC, i2i, plus 90,000 more.

Citizens can effortlessly generate their Payment Reference Number (PRN) on the same platform, a prerequisite for proceeding with payment. Upon providing the required details, a PRN is instantly generated.

The introduction of the Online Payment for SSS Contributions and Loans service offers several notable benefits. Chief among them is unmatched convenience, enabling members to make payments from the comfort of their homes or workplaces, thereby eliminating the need for physical visits to SSS branches. The system prioritizes accuracy and security, ensuring that payments are recorded and processed efficiently. Real-time transaction processing eliminates frustrating wait times, enhancing overall efficiency.

Members can also conveniently verify their payment status by accessing https://myeg.ph/helpdesk/check-status and entering the Reference Number. This feature enhances accessibility and transparency, further streamlining the process. The user-friendly interface of the online system ensures accessibility for all members, irrespective of their technical proficiency.

With the introduction of this service, SSS and MYEG PH aim to revolutionize the way SSS members manage their contributions and loans, promising a significant enhancement in convenience and efficiency for Filipino citizens.
