The date is set for the Predator League 2022 Philippine finals with a PHP1M prize pool at stake. Predator is looking for the best Dota 2 and Valorant teams in the country with the league finals set at the SM Mall of Asia Central Atrium from 17 to 18 September 2022.

The qualifiers will begin on 04 August 2022 for Valorant (also on 11 and 18 August 2022) and 07 August 2022 for Dota 2 (other qualifier dates set on 13 and 20 August 2022). Playoffs for Valorant will be held on 31 August 2022 and 01 September 2022, while for Dota 2 will be on 29 to 30 August 2022.

Prizes for the Predator League 2022 Philippine finals are as follow: First Place winner will receive PHP200,000, the Second Place winner will get PHP100,000, the Third Placer will receive PHP75,000, and the Fourth Placer bags PHP50,000. All Qualifier Winners will receive PHP25,000 each.

In addition to the awesome cash prizes, the Dota 2 winners will have the distinction of representing the country in the Asia Pacific Predator League Grand Finals 2022, happening in Japan from 11 to 13 November 2022. Qualified teams across 15 countries and territories will participate in the grand finals.

“We have seen so much growth and potential in the country’s esports landscape and that is what the Asia Pacific Predator League is all about. But more than that, we are very happy to see the stakeholders in esports hopeful about the future after two years of restrictions,” according to Sue Ong-Lim, General Manager of Acer Philippines.

Since its inception and maiden run in 2018, Predator League has since expanded to include participants from Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Macau, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam.
