PalawanPay users, rejoice! A new partnership with Electronic Commerce Payments, Inc. (ECPay) is set to enhance the cash-in experience for loyal customers. With the collaboration, PalawanPay sukis can now conveniently transact at more than 30,000 partner outlets and sari-sari stores affiliated with ECPay, covering the entire Philippines. This strategic move builds upon Palawan’s existing alliance with ECPay, a leading provider of electronic customer purchase and payment systems in the country.

The integration of ECPay’s extensive network complements PalawanPay’s existing infrastructure, which includes the widely recognized Palawan Pawnshop – Palawan Express Pera Padala’s 10,000 branches and authorized outlets. In addition, over 25,000 PalawanPay Moneyshops contribute to a robust ecosystem, offering customers unparalleled ease in conducting fund transfers for various eWallet transactions.

Beyond the convenience of cash-in services, the collaboration between Palawan Group of Companies and ECPay extends to bills payment and load top-up services. Users can settle utility bills with major providers such as Manila Water, Globe, PLDT, Converge, DragonPay, Home Credit, SSS, Pagibig, and PSA Serbilis. We can now load top-up services for prominent telco partners and prepaid utilities like Meralco and Cignal.

“Catering to the diverse needs of our loyal sukis has always been at the heart of the Palawan Group of Companies. This partnership with ECPay exemplifies our unwavering commitment to finding innovative ways to enhance the financial transaction experience of our sukis,” according to Lisa Lou Castro-Sabado, Palawan Group of Companies’ Cash Management Solutions Director.

The joint effort between Palawan Group of Companies and ECPay reflects a shared commitment to providing unmatched convenience and accessibility for customers. This aligns with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas’ mission of promoting financial inclusivity in the country, emphasizing the importance of fostering a more inclusive and accessible financial landscape. PalawanPay users can now enjoy a broader array of services, making their financial transactions more seamless and efficient than ever before.

“As a leading provider of electronic customer purchase and payment systems in the Philippines, ECPay is thrilled to expand our partnership with the Palawan Group of Companies. This collaboration underscores our joint commitment to offering unparalleled convenience and accessibility for customers across the country,” said Patricia dela Fuente, ECPay General Manager.
