Million-dollar Round Table (MDRT) Global Services has unveiled the winners of the highly esteemed 2023 MDRT Culture of Excellence Awards, recognizing outstanding achievements in financial services leadership. The announcement brings great pride to the Philippines, as 68 individuals representing renowned brands within the country’s financial industry have been honored among the prestigious recipients.
The MDRT Culture of Excellence Awards serves as a valuable resource for Global Services members, providing a means to evaluate individual and agency-wide performance while fostering a comprehensive approach to leadership excellence. These awards are exclusively bestowed by the MDRT Family of Brands, cementing their significance in the financial services sector.
“The Culture of Excellence Awards are the most prestigious field leadership awards in the financial services profession. MDRT Global Services creates a community of financial services leaders committed to excellence in the profession, and winning this award recognizes their ability to galvanize and coach their teams to become the best,” according to Peggy Tsai, RFP, CCFP, 2023 MDRT President and an agency leader at Shin Kong Life Insurance Co. in Taipei, Taiwan.
To celebrate their accomplishments, the winners will be recognized at special ceremonies during two upcoming events: the 2023 MDRT Annual Meeting scheduled for June 25-28 in Nashville, Tennessee, USA, and the 2023 MDRT Global Conference to be held on August 27-30 in Singapore.
Global Services members consist of both field and home office leaders, who continuously strive to enhance their leadership skills, establish a culture of excellence within their agencies, and progress both professionally and personally. Throughout the year, they benefit from a wealth of resources and support provided by MDRT, including educational content, peer-to-peer study groups, webcasts, and attendance at MDRT meetings.
Within the rapidly expanding global community, the Culture of Excellence Awards recognizes the “best of the best” agency leaders who excel in various criteria, including production, recruitment, retention, persistence, work/life balance (“Whole Person”), and MDRT membership. Among the winners, the 5 Diamond Agency category acknowledges those who fulfill at least five out of the six criteria, while the 15 Platinum Agency winners meet four criteria, and the 111 Gold Agency winners meet three criteria.
Several companies stood out with an impressive number of winners for the 2023 Culture of Excellence Awards. Pru Life Ins Corp of UK secured the highest number with 69 award recipients, followed by Prudential Assurance Company Singapore (PTE) Limited with 24 award winners, and Great Eastern Life – Singapore with 22 award winners.
