Fujitsu has recently announced its participation in the SAP® Regional Strategic Services Partner (RSSP) initiative, which was established by SAP Asia Pacific Japan (APJ) to help customers drive digital transformation (DX) in Japan and the Asia Pacific region. Through this partnership, Fujitsu plans to provide comprehensive support for the modernization and cloud migration of core systems from implementation to operation to multinational customers in the region. The technology company also intends to develop SAP-enabled solutions that align with local business practices and legal systems in each country, thus delivering DX solutions to customers across APJ.

The initiative is part of Fujitsu’s vision for “Business Applications,” a portfolio of global solutions that support sustainable business transformation under Fujitsu Uvance. By collaborating with SAP closely, Fujitsu aims to help customers migrate to cloud infrastructures using solutions like RISE with SAP.

Fujitsu has extensive experience in the manufacturing and retail sectors and will assist customers by driving DX in their businesses through the modernization of core systems, including the digitalization of management and business processes. Overall, Fujitsu’s participation in the SAP RSSP initiative represents a significant milestone in its commitment to delivering on the promise of DX for customers in the Asia Pacific region.

Consulting Services for Seamless Cloud Migration

Fujitsu plans to provide end-to-end support for customers’ digital transformation by combining its consulting expertise for building business systems and cloud implementation with its portfolio of digital solutions, all based on SAP solutions. Moreover, Fujitsu will streamline the decision-making process and offer one-stop system deployment to customers who have business bases in multiple countries, thereby providing a comprehensive solution to their needs.

Development of SAP-enabled Solutions Tailored to Local Needs

Fujitsu is committed to developing new industry solutions that cater to the needs of customers in the Asia Pacific region. Examples of these solutions include “Fujitsu Application for SAP® Solutions” for the manufacturing industry and “Fujitsu Profit Protection” for the retail industry, both of which can be integrated with “SAP® Business Technology Platform (BTP).” Collaborating with SAP, Fujitsu aims to offer new solutions that address the unique business practices and legal systems of each region and country in the Asia Pacific region, thereby providing high value to customers’ businesses.
