Concentrix + Webhelp, a renowned global leader in customer experience (CX) services and technologies and the largest private employer in the Philippines celebrated the grand opening of their latest facility in the prestigious Cebu Exchange Tower. The event brought together a diverse group of attendees, including employees, company executives, local government officials, media members, academic sector representatives, and private industry partners.

The newly inaugurated Cebu Exchange site is a significant addition to Concentrix + Webhelp’s vast network of facilities, hosting a workforce of over 4,500 employees, making it their largest staffed site in the Philippines. This site was aptly dubbed the “Workplace of the Future,” underscoring the incorporation of innovative, state-of-the-art amenities designed to meet the workforce’s diverse needs, while promoting sustainability in line with the company’s environmental, social, and governance (ESG) focus.

“Our site in Cebu Exchange is another milestone and visible message of Concentrix’s continued commitment to the country. As a company that designs, builds, and runs game-changing customer experiences, we invest not just in creating meaningful, future-ready jobs, but also in sustainable wellness-centered workplaces that care for our game-changers as well as our environment,” according to Amit Jagga, SVP and Country Leader for the Philippines. This latest site is the company’s ninth office in Cebu.

One of the key highlights of this development is its sustainability. Cebu Exchange has been awarded various prestigious certifications, including LEED GOLD, BERDE 5-star, and EDGE Zero Carbon. In fact, it is now recognized as the largest net-zero carbon-certified building in the country. This achievement is the result of Concentrix + Webhelp’s collaboration with real estate developer Arthaland earlier this year, and it signifies a significant win for the environment. The building’s operations boast a 25% reduction in energy consumption and a remarkable 34% decrease in CO2 emissions.

During a physical site tour as part of the launch event, Concentrix + Webhelp proudly showcased the facility’s distinct features. These included the Tech Zone, Workout and Wellness Zone, Quiet Zone, a site clinic and lactation room, all-gender washrooms, and flexible, inclusive spaces like Entertainment and Social Zones, which serve as multi-purpose activity areas accessible to all employees.

With an extensive presence in 52 sites across 20 cities in the Philippines, Concentrix + Webhelp supports a workforce of over 100,000 individuals, often called “game-changers.” The launch of their latest and largest site in Cebu Exchange labeled the “Workplace of the Future,” firmly underscores the company’s commitment to growth, sustainability, and the provision of superior experiences for Filipinos.

In an era where environmental responsibility and employee well-being are paramount, Concentrix + Webhelp’s investment in Cebu Exchange Tower sets a new standard for the industry, demonstrating the company’s dedication to a brighter, more sustainable future.
