The Philippine Department of Tourism (DoT) launched before the weekend its new campaign slogan: “It’s more fun in the Philippines” – international; and “#1ForFun” – domestic. Within minutes after the word of the new slogan was unveiled, it became the number 1 trending topic in Twitter (#ItsMoreFunInThePhilippines hashtag) for more or less two hours.
