Samsung Electronics has officially launched its 2025 lineup of AI-powered TVs and sound devices in the Philippines, showcasing the new products during an exclusive preview held at The Podium Hall in Ortigas. Designed to deliver smarter, more personalized in-home experiences, the latest generation of Samsung screens is powered by the company’s new Samsung Vision AI technology.
Aiming to redefine how Filipinos experience television, Samsung’s 2025 TVs go beyond entertainment. With artificial intelligence at the core of its innovations, the brand transforms its screens into intuitive, multifunctional smart hubs that adapt to each user’s preferences and lifestyle.
“With Vision AI, Samsung is taking things to a whole other level. As we start this new chapter for Samsung TVs, we are excited for you to witness the power of you and AI and how these screens connect entertainment, personalization and lifestyle solutions that adapt to you, enhancing everyday experiences,” according to Samsung Philippines Head of AV Business Chris Almazan.
Samsung Vision AI introduces features that allow TVs to be context-aware and autonomously responsive to users’ needs. From recognizing viewing habits to enhancing sound and visuals based on surroundings, Vision AI is designed to simplify tasks while providing deeper immersion and better control. Features like AI Picture, AI Sound, and Universal Gesture — which enables remote-free control — highlight the brand’s commitment to truly intelligent home entertainment.
The 2025 lineup includes a range of models: Neo QLED 8K, Neo QLED, QLED, Samsung OLED, and The Frame. The flagship Neo QLED 8K is equipped with the powerful NQ8 AI Gen3 Processor, which upscales content to 8K resolution with enhanced clarity and fluid motion. Anti-glare technology ensures sharp visuals, even in bright rooms.
Samsung’s Real QLED TVs deliver one billion shades of color through authentic, cadmium-free quantum dot technology, offering superior brightness and color accuracy. The new Samsung OLED, targeted at gamers, features a 165Hz refresh rate powered by Motion Xcelerator 165Hz for ultra-smooth performance in variable refresh rate (VRR) games.
Meanwhile, The Frame, Samsung’s lifestyle TV, continues to bridge art and technology. With over 3,000 pieces in its Art Store, it transforms into a decorative canvas that matches any interior aesthetic.
As Samsung introduces its new AI TVs, Samsung bridges closer to achieving its aim of bringing meaningful AI to Filipinos. “With Samsung technology, our customers can have intelligent, personalized experiences that have a tangible, positive impact in their everyday lives,” said Samsung Philippines Head of Corporate Marketing Yna Quimson.
