Foundever®, a global leader in customer experience (CX) solutions, recently celebrated the strength and influence of women in the workplace through a special event in the Philippines that underscored empowerment, leadership, and inclusivity.
Dubbed “We Win With Women: Leaders’ Summit,” the celebration brought together employees from across the organization to highlight the essential role women play in both corporate and community settings. The event featured a curated marketplace offering handcrafted items and pre-loved fashion, emphasizing sustainability while providing a platform for women entrepreneurs within the company to showcase their talents and products.
One of the summit’s key highlights was an open forum on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH). The discussion was led by Vida Haboc and Cora Pangan-Pia, Director for Operations, along with Shalymar Bartolome, HR Director for Employee Relations, and Marianne Bernardo, Legal Director. This dialogue reinforced Foundever’s firm stance on zero tolerance for harassment and its dedication to maintaining a safe and respectful workplace for all employees.
Foundever’s commitment to gender equality is reflected in its workforce demographics. In the Philippines, 56% of associates are women, and women hold 60% of site leadership roles. Moreover, women represent 46% of all management and higher positions. These figures go beyond token representation — they demonstrate the company’s intentional efforts to empower women and support their growth within the organization.
Over the last two years alone, more than 1,200 women at Foundever have received promotions, accounting for over half of all internal advancements. This track record is a testament to the company’s mission of developing female leaders and ensuring equal opportunities at all levels.
By creating inclusive spaces and fostering a culture that celebrates diversity, Foundever continues to set the standard for women’s empowerment in the CX industry. The company’s initiatives serve as a powerful reminder that when women are empowered, the entire organization benefits and moves forward together.
