DITO Telecommunity has once again cemented its position as the country’s leading mobile network, earning the title of Rated #1 Mobile Network in the Philippines by global network intelligence firm Ookla. This marks the third consecutive time that DITO has claimed the prestigious recognition, outperforming long-established rivals Smart and Globe in overall customer satisfaction.

The award was officially received by DITO Chief Executive Officer Eric Alberto and other company executives on 03 March 2025 at the Mobile World Congress held in Barcelona, Spain. The repeated recognition underscores the rapid rise of DITO as a major disruptor in the Philippine telecommunications sector, bringing innovative, customer-focused solutions to the market.

According to Ookla’s Speedtest Intelligence data from Q3 to Q4 2024, DITO achieved an average customer rating score of 3.7, significantly ahead of Smart’s 3.3 and Globe’s 3.2. These scores are based on real user feedback collected through the Speedtest website and app, where users rate their providers on a one-to-five-star scale after completing a network test.

Rodolfo Santiago, proudly received the Ookla® Speedtest Intelligence® award for the third consecutive year. DITO achieved the highest mobile network rating in the Philippines for Q3–Q4 2024 with a total score of 3.7, surpassing Smart (3.3) and Globe (3.2). This three-peat milestone underscores DITO’s growing influence in the telco industry, driven by its commitment to value-for-money offerings, advanced technology, and improved customer experience.
