Concentrix Corporation, a global leader in technology solutions and customer experience (CX) services, has announced the acquisition of BlinkCX, a tech-driven CX consulting firm based in the Philippines. The move is set to enhance Concentrix’s presence in the country by strengthening its operational team and expanding its client base.

During a strategic planning session this week, Concentrix officially welcomed BlinkCX founders Alex Benavidez, Darwin Jacquez, and Kevin Rotairo, along with their team, to the organization. The collaboration marks a significant milestone for Concentrix’s operations in the Philippines, a country where it has been operating for 18 years.
