Effective 2000H (MNL time) today (tonight, actually) the new set of Mozilla Reps Council will start their 06-month service to the Mozilla Community (worldwide).

What’s awesome is that there will be two (02) Pinoys in the current roster of Council members: Regnard (who is now based in Canada) and myself! Yes, I am so excited with the new task!

Here is the description of what the Mozilla Reps Council is:

The Council is the program’s 9-member governing body and its 7 volunteer members are elected. The Council exists to ensure that the Mozilla Reps program runs smoothly, oversees the governance and finances of the program and serves as an advisory body within the Mozilla organization.
