I had been a SkyBroadband subscriber (at home) for more than a year now, and most of the time whenever I surf the web, I keep a Command Prompt window open in the background running PING (just type “ping google.com /t“) to check on the latency (defined as: the time it takes for a specific block of data to reach the target site and back to the user’s machine) of my internet connection.

Of all the values PING will give to me, what matters most is the LOST percentage. More often, than not, SkyBroadband will give me something like 15% minimum LOST Packets per session.

How about your internet connection?
