When Capt. Faeldon escaped after his hearing in Makati City last month, a website emerged at http://www.pilipino.org.ph citing his discontent on this government.

Last night, I had heard at the TV News that the Department of Justice is threathening to file “Inciting to Sedition” charges against him for calling a civil disobedience against the GMA government.

My opinion now is this:

What if the website is not really done by Capt. Faeldon? Let’s say, someone in the government created the website so that there will be a ground for “Inciting to Sedition” of Faeldo.
How strong is the ICT governance in the Philippines? Can they prove who did what? Can they shutdown a website without the owner’s permission?
