I guess my fellow Mozilla Reps Mentors will agree with me in saying that the ultimate goal of being a mentor is in producing another mentor from within your mentees.
The Mozilla Reps Program Wiki states:
Being a mentor is a learning and challenging experience, and other mentors (old and new) can only benefit from hearing your in depth views and experiences of the process so far. What worked for you, lessons you learn, thoughts about the process are all great things to share with the other mentors and the rest of the program. Faye is the very first female Mozilla Rep in the Philippines, while she was still studying at the University of Santo Tomas. She is currently the Grammar Police and Fitness Advocate of the Mozilla Philippines Community.
