I called UnionBank's customer hotline (I can't call it customer CARE because they apparently don't) and I was told that a lot of enraged monsters have been calling them lately because EON cards don't work for Paypal account verification anymore - at least for now. The system, it seems, Visa's system, is down. That's what she said. And that's why I still haven't received my $600 which I took from my Paypal account more than a week ago. Visa's end is the one with the glitch, that's why EON Visa cards can't be used to purchase, verify, or withdraw anything. Paypal and Unionbank are actually innocent, for a change. I just can't believe I have to wait any longer... It’s down.
