DLSU’s Team Sinag (the Philippines’ entry to the Panasonic World Solar Challenge — 2007 in Australia) is already testing the country’s first ever solar-powered car in the tracks of Darwin. Dubbed as car entry number 88, I do hope that the number brings good luck to our team (one of Team Sinag’s adviser is my friend Noriel Mallari — DLSU Engineering Professor).
