PayPal Opens Door to RP
Yes! You had heard it right, PayPal.com re-opens its door to the Philippines. Pinoys can now sign-up for an account with PayPal, but is restricted to sending only (just signed-up 2 minutes ago, and I have a Sending Limit of US$100.00; Monthly Withdrawal Limit of US$0.00, though).
