Early this morning, Makati City Mayor Jejomar C. Binay and all of the city’s councilors were suspended by the DILG due to existence of ghost employees in the city government. Scary, not because there are “ghosts” in the cityhall, but it seems that Martial Law is just around the corner. First, it was Pasay City, then now, Makati City. Who shall be next?
